SHIPPING & HANDLING
Jac n Jean Online offers FREE Shipping for purchases over $160 Australia wide. Any orders under $160 will be charged an $8.00 postage fee or $12.00 for express postage.
Items are sent by Australia Post & tracking numbers will be recorded and emailed.
Orders will be dispatched on Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays. Jac n Jean endeavours to have your order processed and posted within 24 hours from time of purchase.
If your order is placed on the weekend, it will be dispatched on the Monday. All orders are dispatched from our store in Frankston, Victoria. If we receive your order on a Victorian Public Holiday, it will not be processed until the following day.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International shipping is available at Jac n Jean for a flat rate of $35.
International standard shipping is provided by Australia Post in conjunction with your country's national postal service (USPS, NZ Post, Canada Post etc), with delivery times dependent on location.
All international orders must be paid via PayPal when checking out. This is to ensure security for both parties. Any orders not paid via PayPal will be refunded automatically and not processed.
EXCHANGE/RETURNS POLICY
We offer a 14 day returns policy for items, in which you are able to exchange for another size or get a store credit for your unwanted item; provided the item is not worn, altered or washed and has the swing tags still attached. All returns postage costs will need to be paid for by the customer.
No exchange or return on sale items.
All sale shoes are shipped without boxes. If you wish to have the boxes posted with them, please email to organise shipping.
We take great pride in our reputation for quality, and before packing & dispatching your items we carefully inspect & pack your item/s ensuring they are delivered to you in perfect condition.
Jac n Jean reserves the right to reject a return if we conclude it is not in a new condition with tags attached. In the rare event that a return is rejected the decision is final and not negotiable.

In the interests of hygiene we do not offer exchange on pierced jewellery, underwear, undergarments or swimwear, unless the goods are deemed to be faulty by the manufacturer.
Please note Online Credit Notes are Strictly Valid for 48 Calendar Months. Online Credit Notes can be redeemed via Jac n Jean online or Jac n Jean store. We suggest our customers send returns via registered post or Express Post & items must be received by us within 14 days after item was delivered with all the accompanying requirements stated above.
